Is this legal advice?
No — deliberately. We explain what the document is and what it asks, quoting the letter and official descriptions. We never tell you what you owe, whether the authority is right, or what to argue. For that, you need a licensed professional.
What languages does it handle?
The letter can be in German, Spanish, English, Russian, French, Portuguese and most other European languages. The explanation comes in the language you choose — English, Russian, German, Spanish, French or Portuguese.
What if the letter is a scam?
We tell you what the document claims to be and who it claims to be from. If its form doesn't match how that authority actually writes, you'll see that mismatch in the read.
Why not just use a translator app?
A translator gives you the words. It doesn't know that a Mahnbescheid gives you two weeks, that silence on a CP2000 counts as agreement, or which of the five paragraphs is the one that matters.
